so many delicious flavours to choose from it was hard to narrow down which one I should order. So, I asked the staff for their recommendations because it was a toss up between strawberry cheesecake and Reese’s ! I went with the strawberry cheesecake and I am glad I did it was perfection! I love that it isn’t over baring on the flavour just right I also ordered two protein balls, one pumpkin and the other cookie dough which were superb! This place is a hit for me because it allows me the opportunity to stick to my health habits, it’s close to home, and the staff are exceptional friendly! There is always a reward system which is an added bonus I came here for the smoothie but I am sticking around for the cozy vibes and clean aesthetic- it’s like a home away from home!

Absolutely love this place! Stittsville Nutrition is my go-to spot for healthy, delicious drinks that actually taste amazing. I tried one of their sugar-free teas and was blown away… super refreshing, diet-friendly, and still full of flavor. Whether you’re on a fitness journey or just want a tasty, guilt-free treat, they’ve got you covered. Kimberly, the owner, is simply wonderful. She makes everyone feel like family the moment you walk in. Her passion, kindness, and attention to every detail really create a cozy, welcoming vibe, it’s like a second home.

My favourite place to be! Everything I have tried from teabombs (Tsunami is my fav) to protein shakes, soup, etc had been amazing! The owner, Kimberly, is so sweet and you can tell she loves what she does. For students its a great place to study and get work done.

Kimberly is honestly the most genuine business person I’ve ever met. I walked in with a massive order and she took care of us while holding a conversation. By far the best experience ! Thank you Kimberly!

This is a local gem that is so friendly, healthy and community focused! On top of delicious protein shakes and sugar free tasty tea bombs they also host paint nights and bingo nights! Try it....you will like IT!!

My husband and I visited Stittsville Nutrition today, and we absolutely loved our experience! We tried a teabomb and a coffee, both of which were fantastic. Kimberly and Jay were amazing— love it when owners genuinely care about their customers and take the time to recommend flavors! We will definitely be coming back.
